Air Vent Tape

Air Ventilation Tape - are used in Foam Forming of Foam filling in Aluminium Composite Panels, Sandwich Composite Panels, etc. These tapes, are applied on the 'air-vents' of the foam filling machine, in which various foams such as PIR, and PU are filled. These tape allow hot gasses generated during the forming process to pass through them and form a barrier for the hot liquid and solid foam from the vents. This helps result in a much more uniform Foam structure being formed inside the Panels.
